This card is cash to us and you must have it with you to pay for your sessions or you will be billed regular studio rates. (Regular studio rates apply after the block is completed. This special bulk block rate applies only to that block and is not an agreement by the studio to perform services for that price on any other day.) Backup Policy – We strongly encourage you to backup your Pro Tools session once your project is complete. We offer 2 options:
-DVD Backup: Your session will be backed up onto DVD at the rate of $25 per disc. Each DVD holds about 4 GB of data.
-Hard Drive Backup: If you own an external Firewire or USB hard drive, you can backup your project onto one of them. We are happy to do so at our normal studio rate of $50/ hour for transfer time. However, DVD backup is recommended as hard drives are magnetic media, and subject to degradation over time
Cancellation policy – Cancellations after deposits are made result in the loss of the deposit monies and session times.
Late policy - You have a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled start time of your session. After the 15 minutes, the session clock will start and will be counted against your studio time. The engineer will then wait another 15 minutes for you. After this 30 -minute period, the engineer will close the studio and consider your session cancelled. You will lose your deposit monies and session time. If this happens, your session time is also made available for re-booking to other clients.
