You never know what your gonna’ get with each mastering session at CCM studios.
One session may require you to restore sound from a rare vintage LP, the next one could be a slew of cassettes to transfer. However, the mastering sessions that really get me going are the ones which have tracks mixed-down from different studios. These are the sessions that present the most exciting challenge; trying to make each song consistent with the preceding and proceeding. I dismantled every possible obstacle with ease and grace, thanks to Steinberg’s Wavelab mastering suite.
There’s no better feeling than to watch you’re clients face light up as you breathe new life into they’re most cherished recording. To bad this wasn’t a paid endorsement LOL!
